Perfect way to experience a bit of Brooklyn for the first time. Bicycling was easy and such a great way to cover ground and get the most bang within a two hour period.Scott is very knowledgeable about the area and its history; and he took us on a very scenic route. This was one of the highlights of our visit to NYC. I’d highly recommend this tour if you’re new to this area.

Scott is so engaging and gave great advice on the best places for photos and views. The small size of the tour makes it much more personal. It is very evident that Scott is proud of Brooklyn and was excited to show us hidden places. I highly recommend this tour.

Do it.The tour was very well worth it! Personally, I find walking tours can be hit or miss, but Scott’s was great.Scott had the right combo of knowing lots of interesting details without being pedantic and being funny without being corny. For the Labor Day tour, he had done some extra research on working conditions for the Brooklyn Bridge, which was a nice touch and speaks to Scott’s commitment to share the story of these places (and not just drag you on some tedious death march across the bridge).

What a great way to see NYC! We went all over the place…from Central Park’s Strawberry Fields to Lower Manhattan..via Williamsburg Bridge - Brooklyn Bridge. Too many stops to mention, but Scott was super flexible when it came to just about everything…from lunch plans, to on the fly route change requests. We saw many familiar places and many we would never have considered. Such an amazing time!! I would recommend this to anyone that is able to do 20+ miles on a bike over 6 hours and maximize a day in the city. Thanks Scott for a safe ride around your beautiful city and a day we’ll never forget!!

Booked walking tour of Brooklyn Bridge and Dumbo / Brooklyn Heights with Scott before we flew to America from Scotland. Clear instructions of the meeting place were given and Scott was there before time to meet the group. Thankfully it was an almost perfect day with a slight breeze which kept the fierce July heat down a bit.Walk over the Brooklyn Bridge takes about 45 minutes and isn’t too fast (id damaged my knee and was worried beforehand that I might not be able to actually do the tour). Scott provided a running commentary of facts about the bridge which were interesting. Once over the bridge we stopped for photos at Dan and Jenny’s place (for all those Gossip Girl fans out there) before heading up the hill into Brooklyn Heights where the celebrities of film and stage live (or at least rent) an appt. My daughter insisted on me taking a photo of Matt Damon’s abode 😊Scott recommended a number of restaurants nearby as the tour ended at lunchtime so a couple of slices of Julianna’s pizza and some Italian Ice and we were ready to explore in the afternoon. Can highly recommend Scott if you’re looking to get out of Manhattan for a few hours and see a different borough. Thanks Scott!

Scott is a great tour guide. He is very knowledgeable, polite and made our experience awesome. We took the evening tour and we got amazing views of the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridge. I particularly like this tour because the time allows you to see the sunset and snap beautiful pics and the weather is nice during summer. You avoid larger crowds and you get a more relaxed experienced. We really enjoyed learning about the history of how the bridges were built . We also got to learn more about DUMBO and Brooklyn Heights. This tour was definitely a highlight during our trip to New York. We did dined at a restaurant recommended by Scott at Brooklyn Heights and the food was amazing. Thanks Scott 👍
